"Hey Garage band- We have no way to escape the noise from your loudly amplified practices. The penetrating, repetitive low tones make it hard to enjoy anything else. It comes right through the house even with everything shut. Maybe you just don't realize how loud you are, it's not really fair the the neighbors and their tenants, and it just goes on and on for months now. Wont you please turn down your amplification way way down so you are not real loud, you can still hear each other. Thanks"
